FAQS

  •  There are three things you need to do to make your program as impactful as possible. First step: fill out all your forms before your 1:1 session with your dietitian! This will help your dietitian be as prepared as possible to help you develop your nutrition plan during your 1:1 session. Second step: be as consistent as you can with your EatLove food journal. Your dietitian is not a magician. She needs this information in order to give you impactful feedback each week. 

  • No problem! You can cancel any time you like. Simply, login to your membership profile & select the cancellation button.

    Please note - there are no refunds for the Rebirth membership. If you cancel halfway through the month for month-to-month members or halfway through a three month period for quarterly members, you will retain access through the duration of your membership. 

  • You meet with your dietitian 1x every 3 months.

    You can also attend the monthly group education and coaching sessions with Gretchen on the first Friday of each month at 12p ET.

  •  In addition to the weekly personalized message from your dietitian, you will also receive Monday Meals or Monday Motivation videos. Monday Meals will feature a recipe collection curated from the 1000s of recipes available in EatLove. These collections will save you time in finding quick and easy recipes for daily meals. The Monday Motivation videos will be short and sweet, and focused on how you can set yourself up for success in small ways each week.

  • You can expect weekly “tweaks” and suggestions that are very personal to your and your health journey. Think about building nutrition and lifestyle habits like building a tower out of blocks. We will be “stacking” micro-habits on top of each other each week. Once a month, your dietitian will also do a comprehensive nutrient analysis review and assess for any vitamins or minerals that are consistently low in your diet. If you choose to purchase a glucose biosensor from Stelo, your dietitian will look at your glucose biosensor data weekly and use this as a tool to help guide your personalized recommendations. Throughout your time in the membership, your dietitian will advise you regarding food choices, exercise consistency, bedtime habits to improve sleep duration and quality, stress management practices, and more.
